On March 30-31st 2009, in Moscow, took place the 5th Annual Conference «Corporate Lawyers», organized by the British company C5 together with the Association of corporate lawyers in Russia.
In the context of conference, raised such basic questions as:
- Recent changes in legislation, their treatment and enforcement practice;
- Effective cooperation with the directors, founders and investors, company departments, external consultants, government bodies;
- Protection of the interests in court and pre-trial adjustment;
- Support of M&A transactions;
- Risk managment;
- Careful selection of external consultants and the further effective cooperation.
The conference was attended by lawyers from leading Russian law companies, representatives of legislative and executive power, judicial authority and academical sections; Amparo Consulting Group was presented by lawyer Ekateryna Egorova.
